Psalm 23, Alternate

Psalm 23, Alternate

The LORD, my shepherd, is, I, nothing, lack.
He makes me downwards lie in pastures green,
beside the quiet waters, he, me, leads,
refreshes it, my soul. Along right paths,
the places, he, me, guides for his name’s sake.
Though I, the darkest valley, walk between
I will no evil fear, for you’re with me,
your rod and staff, my restless fears, they slake.
A table you prepare in front of me
within the presence of my enemies.
My head with oil, what you anoint; my cup
o’erflows.  For surely, goodness, your, and love
will follow me, of my life, its days, all,
and I fore’er, in the LORD’s house, will dwell.
