Somehow, the order of the universe
how it will, suffering, incorporate.
Its order is divine, and it’s a curse,
is suffering, an evil, definite,
not something any person, rational,
should seek out for himself, intentional,
except what’s voluntary, self-imposed,
like fasting, training that the ath’lete knows.
